Duarte Gardens

Located on Huntington Drive in the City of Duarte, this site was almost directly across from City Hall. After a long and grueling entitlement process, we finally obtained formal approval to build a high density detached subdivision of 17 homes, including the dedication of a 1⁄2-acre parcel to the city for the creation of a brand new public park.
