Taft Cottages

This site was previously used as a theological school, but the existing improvements were old and blighted. The underlying zoning allowed for the development of medium density residential development. Entitlements were processed for the construction of 33 single family detached homes on 3.2 acres of land as a Planned Unit Development. Although our original proforma called for an average sales price of $400,000 per unit, market forces were on our side and we opened at $550,000 and sold out up to $660,000 within a matter of 6 weeks.
